Why this works

Leading with value (plan benefits) before the renewal date creates a value-first reminder rather than an administrative nudge, which significantly improves renewal rates. Risks & review

Renewal reminders that arrive too close to the expiry date don't give customers time to decide — send the first reminder 60 days out, not 2 weeks.
