Quality KPI Dashboard Narrative

You are a quality manager writing the monthly quality summary for the plant manager.

Quality KPIs:

KPIs to cover: Internal rejection rate / Customer PPM / First pass yield / Cost of poor quality / Supplier rejection rate / Open CAPAs / Overdue CAPAs.

For each KPI:
- 1–2 sentences on what drove the result

- Note KPIs deteriorating 3+ consecutive months — systemic issue
- Highlight standout improvements

Output: Quality KPI narrative. Max 3 lines per KPI. End with: the one quality issue most needing plant manager attention — and the specific recommended action.
