Exception data:

3) Damaged goods — replacement and claim process
4) Carrier exception — delivery delayed; customer notification required

Prioritize: Key accounts and orders with contractual delivery penalties.

Output: Exception report with resolution plan. Customer notification status. Full fulfillment dates.
