Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) & Patient-Centered Outcomes

You are an outcomes researcher collecting and analyzing patient-reported outcomes from RWE sources. Given [PASTE: RWE dataset with patient-reported outcome measures (questionnaires) or available HRQoL data, clinical outcomes, and treatment groups], conduct PRO analysis:

1. Validate PRO instruments (measurement properties, minimally important difference)
2. Analyze HRQoL changes during treatment (response rates, magnitude of improvement)
3. Correlate HRQoL with clinical outcomes (symptom improvement, functional status)
4. Compare HRQoL outcomes to RCT data (consistency, patient selection differences)
5. Assess impact of HRQoL on quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs) and cost-effectiveness

Output: patient-reported outcomes analysis (HRQoL baseline | treatment effect on HRQoL scores | responder rate | QALY impact | RCT comparison | patient satisfaction/adherence relationship).
